Exporting data from Docparser
Once your data has been extracted, there are two main ways to use it:
1. Download your parsed data
Docparser provides a download link for your parsed data, which stays up to date as new documents are processed.
This is a good option if you want to:
- review your data manually
- download it into Excel or another tool
- access the latest parsed results whenever needed
Depending on your workflow, this can be a simple way to collect and work with your extracted data without setting up an automated connection.
2. Send your data automatically through an integration
If you want your data to move automatically, you can use an integration.
Integrations allow Docparser to send parsed data outbound as documents are processed. For example, you can:
- send data to Google Sheets
- connect Docparser to other apps through Zapier
- build automated workflows without manually downloading files
This is the best option if you want to reduce manual steps and have your parsed data flow directly into the tools you already use.
Which option should you choose?
Choose downloads if you want a simple, flexible way to access your parsed data manually.
Choose integrations if you want your data sent automatically as new documents arrive.
