What is it?
Handling large volumes of documents can be time-consuming, but our Content Summarization Filter streamlines the process by generating clear, concise summaries in seconds. By leveraging OpenAI’s powerful language models, our system extracts key information from your documents and returns a structured summary—either in paragraph form or as bullet points, depending on your preference.
Whether you need to quickly understand a report, extract actionable insights, or reduce reading time, our summarization filter ensures you get the most relevant information without the hassle.
How do I use it?
If enrolled in our beta program the Content Summarization filter will be available for testing. If you are not yet enrolled, please reach out to support@docparser.com.
First create a new parser and start with a blank template to gain access to the Content Summarization rules.
Using the Content Summarization Filter is simple and intuitive. You can access it in the following ways:
- When Creating a Parsing Rule: Navigate to the AI section or search for "Content Summarization" to add it to your rule.
- As a Filter: Go to More Filters... and select "Summarize Content with AI" to apply it directly.
Once applied, the filter will automatically process document contents and return a summarized version in either paragraph or bullet point format, depending on your selection.
The filter is available with two main settings; however, an additional advanced settings option is currently available that will give control over the style and length of the output.
