If you've recently deleted a parser and have realized you need it back, there's good news! Docparser allows for the restoration of parsers if it's been less than 30 days since their deletion. This feature ensures that accidental deletions or changes of mind don't lead to permanent loss of your parsing rules and settings. Follow the steps below to restore your deleted parsers:
Step 1: Navigate to the Parsers Page
Navigate to the Parsers page where you manage and interact with your parsers. This page is accessible by clicking the Docparser logo at the top of the page or by clicking Parsers at the top of the left navigation panel.
Step 2: Locate the "Restore Deleted Parsers" Option
In the top-right of the Parsers page, you'll find the option "Restore Deleted Parsers." This option is designed to help you easily recover any parsers that have been deleted within the last 30 days.
Step 3: Restore Your Deleted Parser
Click on "Restore Deleted Parsers." You'll be presented with a list of parsers that were deleted within the last 30 days. Browse through this list to find the parser you wish to restore. Once you've located your parser, click on the restore option next to it.
Step 4: Confirmation and Next Steps
After successfully restoring your parser, you'll receive a confirmation message. It's recommended to verify that the parser is functioning as expected by running a few tests or checks. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, our support team is ready to help.
