You are free to cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your paid subscription at any time. If you decide to cancel your subscription, it will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle and no further payments will be due.
You can cancel your subscription by navigating to My Account > Subscriptions or by clicking on the following link Subscription Plan that will take you directly to the Subscription page in your account.
Scroll down to the "Frequently Asked Questions" section and click on "How and when can a subscription be cancelled?" as per the following screenshot:
Cancelling reverts your account to the free plan until you resubscribe to a paid plan once again.
All of your parsers, settings and parsing rules will remain for one year unless you delete your account, however, documents will be automatically deleted when they pass the Data Retention period as defined in each parsers settings.
If you prefer to entirely delete your account, you can navigate to that same "Frequently Asked Questions" section and click on "How and when can a subscription be cancelled?" and then choose "click here" to delete it.
