Accessing the Template Library
Eventually this will be the norm for all customers, but initially this Template Library will only be available to customers with this feature enabled (please contact customer support if you want this enabled on your account).
For those enabled customers, when you go to Create a Parser, you will see the Template Library. Below is an overview…
Left Navigation Area
Blank Template
On top is an important feature to note. Clicking on the Start with a Blank Template allows you to create a custom parser that has no rules automatically created — it will be a blank slate.
Just click on the button then name your parser.
Industry Search
This allows you to find parser templates associated to certain industries.
Category Search
This allows you to find parser templates associated to certain categories.
Featured Templates
These are parser templates that are of special interest.
Pagination
If your results find more than 20 templates, you will need to use pagination on the bottom of the page to navigate to the next page.
- You can click on the Page Number or
- Use the Previous & Next links
Using a Template
To use a template is a very simple process:
- Click on the template you want to use.
- You will see a popup box and click on the Use Template button.
- Your parser will have a default name, but feel free to change the name and click Continue.
- Or you can click Cancel to go back to the Template Library.
