There are various options to integrate Salesforce with Docparser. The most straightforward option is to use our native integration(see below), which makes it easy to send your parsed PDF data to Salesforce.
If you are looking for a deeper integration, you can also leverage the power of one of our integration platform partners ( Zapier, Claris Connect, Workato, Microsoft Flow). If you know your way around Apex, you can also develop a custom integration thanks to our API and our Apex Code Snippets.
Just go to 'Integrations' in your document parser, scroll down to 'Direct Integrations' and choose our Salesforce integration. You will then be prompted to connect your Salesforce CRM account. Please see screenshot below.
Once your Salesforce account is connected you can choose the type of object to be created with the parsed data. As a final step you need to map the fields of Docparser to the fields of your Salesforce object.
After setting up your Salesforce webhook integration, a new record will be created in Salesforce each time we parse a new document for you.
