What is it?
This filter is used to convert an address to a formatted variant that splits in the information into street/city/state/zip/country.
How is it used?
Add Filter More Filters… Normalize Postal Address
Once added the Normalize Postal Address filter will attempt to recognize and match the address against an address database. If found the data will be organized into a structured format.
This filter has three main output modes “Basic”, “Detailed” and “Complete” which range from simple street address information to including the latitude and longitude of the address.
What to do if an address couldn’t be found?
If an address cannot be found this may be due to the addition of data such as a company name or a telephone number obfuscating the search. Using additional filters to remove non-address data may help. Also, keep in mind that new addresses less than six months old could take time to appear on the database.

Limitations?
Please keep in mind that our address normalization does not currently provide coverage in China, Greenland, Morroco, Tunisia, Turkey or Ukraine. While we wish we could cover all regions our 3rd party service does not currently support the listed countries.
If you need assistance parsing any unsupported countries, please contact support@docparser.com.
