We are committed to keep the time it takes for a document to get processed as short as possible. We aim for less than a minute between reception and finished processing. This goal is met in the majority of cases.
The processing speed of your documents can however vary when any of the following is true:
- Your documents have multiple pages and OCR or other preprocessing is needed (Normalizing scan, Auto-rotate scan, ...)
- We see an unusual high amount of incoming documents
In case your documents have multiple pages (e.g. 5 - 20) and require OCR or complex preprocessing like mentioned above, processing times of up to five minutes can be expected.
Newly uploaded documents are always processed with the highest priority. If you update the parsing rules of your parsers, the documents will need to be requeued for parsing manually.
In the rare cases when we see an unexpected high traffic peak, processing can be delayed to up to 30 minutes. In the past 12 months, this only happened a few times. Please note that Docparser does not offer any Service Level Agreements (SLA) at this point in time.
